Sarah Awarded The About Time Board Game 5/5

We were all very excited to get the game out when it arrived as it looked really good. Packaging is very eye-catching. Very good concept and easy to explain. My eldest children understood the concept of the game and enjoyed playing it. Age suitability was ideal for our family. This certainly kept my children's attention and stimulated their imagination. The whole concept of the game is fun, interactive and educational so does help with development. The game is very easy to play and kept us all interested. It has helped them for their history lessons. Quality is to a very high standard. Will stand out on the shelves. Represents good value for money. I would purchase this game and have already recommended. This game is fantastic!!! We were all so excited when it was first delivered and Callum sat and read the instructions and started to set it up within minutes. It was really easy to understand and thoroughly enjoyable. We found the whole concept of the game brilliant not only for children, but for adults too as you are learning about dates and times in history all the time. The little characters that you used to move around the board are really well made but could possibly be a bit bigger. I can't actually find anything bad at all to say about this game. All I can say is everyone should have one! We will be getting the game out at Christmas and any dinner parties we have. Sarah Waldron – Rhys, Callum & Lewis Aged 16, 13 & 6 Months

Kate Awarded The About Time Board Game 4.5/5

Looked a really good game and looking forward to playing it. Nice clear, attractive packaging, giving an overview of the game in the box. Very easy to set up and get going without having to read lots of rules beforehand. My children understood the concept of the game and enjoyed playing it. The recommended age is 14+ but our 10 year old enjoyed playing it. Both children enjoyed it and it was great to see them thinking about things. This game does help with development as it gives them a good understanding of history. We played our first game for over an hour and we were all quite disappointed when it ended as we were enjoying answering the questions. Both my children are too old to not play with this any other way than the intended way. The game is good quality and all components seem to be quite robust. It is quite expensive for a board game and I would not necessary pay the full price for it if I saw it in the shops. I would look to purchase this game if it was on special offer. I would recommend at it is easy to play and a good family game. A good family game that improves knowledge of the world, that is easy to play for everyone. We really enjoyed playing it and play it at least once a week. Kate Larkin – Jamie & Ellie Aged 14 & 10 years

Charlene Awarded The About Time Board Game 5/5

Looked a good quality well thought out board game. Packing very distinctive and also informative. Very easy to set up and instructions easy to follow and understand. My son's understood the concept of the game and helped them with their History. Also helped all of us too as ideal game for all the family. A high quality game, fun and educational to play and very good value for money. This is a brilliant game and not only helped Richard and James with their history also helped me and hubby to remember more about our history and dates and facts. Also we all had so much fun playing the game. We have played this at home, with friends round and it was a real winner over Christmas as we got all the family to play and had team competing with each other. Such a superb game for all the family. The board is well laid out, characters are made of high quality and although the recommended age is 14 we did find out nieces and nephews who were younger enjoyed playing the game. I had never heard of this game before and we would purchase. We have also recommended to everyone and this really is the perfect game for all the family. We will be playing this more for sure. We all loved it so 5/5 from all the Phillips! Charlene Phillips – Richard & James Aged 14 & 16 Years
